第三条　この法律による改正前の外国為替及び外国貿易管理法（以下「旧法」という。）第三十一条第一項、第三十二条第一項、第三十四条又は第三十五条の規定に基づき認められ又は許可を受けた取引又は行為については、なお従前の例による。例文帳に追加

第四条　この政令の施行の際現にされている改正前の外国為替管理令別表の五から一五までの項の中欄に掲げる技術を提供することを目的とする取引に係る同令第十七条の二第三項の規定による許可の申請であって、改正後の外国為替管理令第十七条の二第一項の規定による許可を要する取引に係るものについては、同項の規定による許可の申請とみなす。例文帳に追加

２　この政令の施行前に特定技術をチェッコ又はスロヴァキアにおいて提供することを目的とする取引について改正前の外国為替管理令第十七条の二第一項の規定による許可を受けた者がその許可を受けたところに従ってする特定技術を提供することを目的とする取引については、なお従前の例による。例文帳に追加

３　この政令の施行前に特定技術をハンガリーにおいて提供することを目的とする取引について改正前の外国為替管理令第十七条の二第一項又は第二項の規定による許可を受けた者がその許可を受けたところに従ってする特定技術を提供することを目的とする取引については、なお従前の例による。例文帳に追加
