If the user uses this Device for providing karaoke music to their customers without being licensed by the Appellant, the user was aware that it violates the representation and performance rights of musical works managed by the Appellant. Alternatively, if he/she was not aware of it, they should have been, as it would be easy for such user to become aware of it.
