Abbas Bayat (Persian: عباس بيات, born 14 July 1947 in Tehran) is an Iranian businessman.

He continued his secondary education in a British boarding school and get to university in the United States. Then he returned to his country of birth to leave again after the revolution.
In 1980 he started an import and consulting company to the United States.
In 1987 he bought the Belgian brand Looza, he sold to Seagram in 1994, although it remains in the direction of the company.
In 1997, he acquired Chaudfontaine, the Walloon water producer in 1999, fruit juices and Sunnyland in 2000, the English water, Ben Shaw.
In 2003, he sold Chaudfontaine to Coca-Cola.
His company now has in its ranks the following brands:

• Sunland (fruit juices)
• Duke (water)
• Lim'Oh (lemonade)
• Parasol (lemonade)
• and Aquaforce (sports drink).
