Employers shall, when a complaint is submitted by workers concerning matters prescribed in Articles 6, 7, 9, 12 and Article 13, paragraph 1 (except the recruitment and employment of workers), endeavor to achieve voluntary resolutions by suchmeans as referring said complaint to grievances bodies (which are bodies for resolving complaints from the workers of the workplace, composed of representatives of the employer and representatives of the workers of the said workplace).例文帳に追加
