Edward "Ted" Connor (1884 – 1955) was an English association footballer who played as an outside forward for Manchester United in the late 1900s and early 1910s. Born in Liverpool in 1884, Connor played for Eccles Borough and Walkden Central before signing for Manchester United at the end of the FA Cup-winning 1908–09 season. Connor made his debut seven months later, playing in the 4–1 loss to Sheffield Wednesday on 27 December 1909. In two seasons at the club, Connor made a total of 15 appearances, scoring two goals, before being sold for a then-club record fee of £750 to Sheffield United in June 1911.
