Records of violations categorized by Article (Table 7), including 79,665 monitoring inspections and 100,108 inspection orders, show that the most frequent violations were the 1,132 violations of Article 11 of the Law, which is related to such standards as microbiological criteria for food, standards on residual agricultural chemicals and standards for the use of additives (71.6%: ratio to the gross number of violations (1,580)).
