Article 36 The provisions of Article 16, paragraphs (1), (3) and (4), Article 19, paragraph (1), Article 20, paragraph (1) and Article 21 of the Act of Extradition (Act No. 68 of 1953) shall be applied mutatis mutandis to the surrender of an outgoing sentenced person to an administering state pursuant to the order provided for in Article 34, paragraph (2).
