thermofiltration (plural thermofiltrations)

1. (medicine, pharmacology) A process that combines heat (thermal treatment) and filtration to remove or deactivate microorganisms, particles, or contaminants from liquids, particularly in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, and water purification.
