４　貸金業者は、貸付けに係る契約について保証契約を締結したとき、又は貸付けに係る契約で保証契約に係るものを締結したときは、遅滞なく、内閣府令で定めるところにより、第一項各号に掲げる事項についてこれらの貸付けに係る契約の内容を明らかにする書面をこれらの保証契約の保証人に交付しなければならない。当該書面に記載した事項のうち、重要なものとして内閣府令で定めるものを変更したときも、同様とする。例文帳に追加
