According to what I have heard from the administrative staff, the Incubator Bank of Japan was inspected twice before the latest inspection for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009, as I just mentioned: the previous inspection was for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007 and the one before that was for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2005.
