(1) A person who, with sufficient degree of certainty, uses a patented invention in contravention of Sections 9 to 13 can be sued by the right-holder or by another authorized party for production of a document or inspection of an object which is at said person’s disposal, or inspection of a process that is the subject matter of the patent, if this is required to substantiate the right holder's or other authorized party's claims.
