【法律】《英》財政法((1894年以後の呼称．それまでは長い間 Customs and Inland Revenue Actの略称としての annual taxing actが使われていた．finance actは，蔵相が報告する前年度国家財政状態の年次報告書である「予算書 Budget」と「次年度の歳入/歳出見通し/税制に関する提案」を一つに統合したものになっている．税制改正案は，その年度のfinance actの通過により法律として成立し歳入/歳出委員会 Committee of Ways and Meansの決議によって施行される；略 FA))
