事業主控除の英語

Article 31 (1) Pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the business operator may deduct the amount equal to the amount to be borne by the insured pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article, paragraphs (1) and (3) from the wages paid by such business operator to such insured. 一　事業主は、当該労働者又はその遺族の年金給付を受ける権利が消滅するまでの間、その損害の発生時から当該年金給付に係る前払一時金給付を受けるべき時までの法定利率により計算される額を合算した場合における当該合算した額が当該前払一時金給付の最高限度額に相当する額となるべき額（次号の規定により損害賠償の責めを免れたときは、その免れた額を控除した額）の限度で、その損害賠償の履行をしないことができる。例文帳に追加
