２　家畜伝染病予防法（大正十一年法律第二十九号。以下「旧法」という。）は、廃止する。但し、この法律施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。例文帳に追加

２　前項ただし書に規定する改正規定の施行の日前に改正前の家畜伝染病予防法第五十八条第一項第一号又は第二号に規定する患畜に該当した家畜の所有者に対し交付する手当金については、なお従前の例による。例文帳に追加

四　家畜伝染病予防法（昭和二十六年法律第百六十六号）第二条第一項の政令の制定若しくは改廃の立案をしようとするとき、同法第四条第一項の届出伝染病を定める農林水産省令を制定し、若しくは改廃しようとするとき、又は同法第六十二条第一項の政令の制定若しくは改廃の立案をしようとするとき。例文帳に追加

第二条　この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に第二条の規定による改正前の家畜伝染病予防法（以下「旧法」という。）第四条第一項の規定による届出があった家畜に係る同条第三項の規定による通報及び報告については、なお従前の例による。例文帳に追加
