Article 3 (1) With regard to inward direct investment, etc. pertaining to a notification prior to the enforcement date for which the period during which inward direct investment, etc. may not be made as prescribed in Article 27, paragraph (2) of the Act has not expired at the time of enforcement of this Order and which falls under inward direct investment, etc. that needs to be reported pursuant to the provisions of Article 26, paragraph (3) of the Act due to its relevance to appended table 1 of the Order on Inward Direct Investment, etc. after the revision by this Order, the foreign investor who has given said notification may make said inward direct investment, etc. on or after the enforcement date by deeming said period to have expired on the day preceding the enforcement date.
