有遺言死亡の英語

「有資格者」とは，死亡した所有者の関連においては，次に掲げる事項を局長に認めさせた者をいう。当人が，死亡した所有者がその死亡時に本居(ドミサイル)としていた場所にある地所において，死亡した所有者の遺言検認書若しくは遺産管理状を入手したか若しくは入手する権利を有する者であること，又は当人が死亡した所有者の当該場所における法定代理人であること死亡した所有者の，その地所における遺言検認書若しくは遺産管理状がニュージーランドにおいて付与されていなかったか，又は再捺印されていなかったこと局長が有資格者を商標の所有者として登録した場合，死亡した所有者に係る債権者及びその遺言又は無遺言に基づくすべての受益者の利益が適切に保護されること例文帳に追加

qualified person, in relation to a deceased owner, means a person who satisfies the Commissioner that he or she has obtained or is entitled to obtain probate of the will of the deceased owner or letters of administration in his or her estate in the place where the deceased owner was domiciled at his or her death, or that he or she is the legal representative of the deceased owner in that place: that probate of the will of the deceased owner or letters of administration in his or her estate have not been granted or resealed in New Zealand: that the interests of the creditors of the deceased owner, and of all persons beneficially interested under his or her will or on his or her intestacy, will be adequately safeguarded if the Commissioner registers the qualified person as the owner of the trade mark - 特許庁
