第七条　財団法人法律扶助協会（以下「扶助協会」という。）は、寄附行為の定めるところにより、設立委員又は支援センターに対し、民事法律扶助法の廃止の時において現に扶助協会が有する権利及び義務のうち、民事法律扶助事業の遂行に伴い扶助協会に属するに至ったものを、支援センターにおいて承継すべき旨を申し出ることができる。例文帳に追加
