     Miss HULDA D. LOUD, editor and proprietor of The Rockland Independent, died yesterday in Rockland, Mass., in the house where she was born sixty-six years ago. She was a sister of the late Congressman Eugene F. Loud of California. Miss Loud was one of the first women in Massachusetts to espouse the cause of woman suffrage.
