Lee Stephen Rayfield (born 30 September 1955) is the current Bishop of Swindon. He was educated at the University of Southampton. After a period as a Lecturer in Immunology at the University of London and of study at Ridley Hall, Cambridge he was ordained a priest in 1994. His career began with a curacy at Woodford after which he was Priest in Charge of St Peter, Furze Platt and finally (before his elevation to the Episcopate) Area Dean of Maidenhead. A keen amateur runner and cyclist Bishop Lee is married to Liz, with three children: Matt, Simon & Louise.
