Article 15 Notwithstanding the preceding Article, the formation and effect of a claim arising from management without mandate or unjust enrichment shall be governed by the law of the place that is obviously more closely connected with the management without mandate or unjust enrichment than the place indicated in the said Article, in light of that the parties had their habitual residence in the places governed by the same law at the time of the occurrence of the facts constituting the cause of the management without mandate or unjust enrichment, that management without mandate was performed or unjust enrichment arose in connection with a contract concluded between the parties, or any other circumstances concerned.発音を聞く 例文帳に追加
