Article 3 Any person who, at the time of enforcement of this Act, is actually engaged in the business of measurement certification with a registration under Article 107 of the Measurement Act prior to the revision by this Act and whose business falls under Article 109 item 3 of the New Act may, until the date no later than one year from the date of promulgation of this Act (or until the date of rejection of such registration if such registration has been so rejected, within the above period, under the provisions of Article 107 of the New Act), perform such business of measurement certification notwithstanding the provisions of Article 107 of the New Act.
