Article 4 (1) When the Specified Insurer continuously carries on a specified insurance business pursuant to the provision of Article 2, paragraph (1) or (4) of the Supplementary Provisions, such Specified Insurer shall be deemed as a Small Amount and Short Term Insurance Provider, and the provisions of Article 100-2 to 100-4 of the New Insurance Business Act, as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 272-13, paragraph (2), Article 272-16, paragraph (1) and the provisions of Article 272-16, Article 272-22 to 272-24 of the New Insurance Business Act and the provisions of Article 272-25, paragraph (1), Article 272-26 and 272-27 of the New Insurance Business Act (including the penal provisions pertaining thereto) shall be applied.
