２　地方委員会は、少年院仮退院者又は仮釈放者について、保護観察所の長の申出により、法務省令で定めるところにより、決定をもって、特別遵守事項を定めることができる。保護観察所の長の申出により、これを変更するときも、同様とする。例文帳に追加

２　地方委員会は、保護観察所の長の申出により、少年院仮退院者又は仮釈放者について定められている特別遵守事項につき、必要がなくなったと認めるときは、法務省令で定めるところにより、決定をもって、これを取り消すものとする。例文帳に追加

２　刑事施設の長又は少年院の長は、懲役若しくは禁錮の刑又は保護処分の執行のため収容している者について、第三十九条第一項又は第四十一条の決定による釈放の時までに特別遵守事項が定められたときは、法務省令で定めるところにより、その釈放の時に当該特別遵守事項（釈放の時までに変更された場合には、変更後のもの）の内容を記載した書面を交付しなければならない。ただし、その釈放の時までに当該特別遵守事項が取り消されたときは、この限りでない。例文帳に追加
