第四十八条　児童養護施設、知的障害児施設、盲ろうあ児施設、肢体不自由児施設、情緒障害児短期治療施設及び児童自立支援施設の長並びに里親は、学校教育法に規定する保護者に準じて、その施設に入所中又は受託中の児童を就学させなければならない。例文帳に追加

２　都道府県は、第二十七条第一項第三号の規定により里親に委託され、又は児童養護施設、知的障害児施設（国の設置する知的障害児施設を除く。）、盲ろうあ児施設、情緒障害児短期治療施設若しくは児童自立支援施設に入所した児童については満二十歳に達するまで、同号の規定により国の設置する知的障害児施設に入所した児童についてはその者が社会生活に順応することができるようになるまで、引き続き同号の規定による委託を継続し、又はその者をこれらの児童福祉施設に在所させる措置を採ることができる。例文帳に追加
