３　第一項の規定により記録の閲覧又は謄写をした者は、正当な理由がないのに閲覧又は謄写により知り得た少年の氏名その他少年の身上に関する事項を漏らしてはならず、かつ、閲覧又は謄写により知り得た事項をみだりに用いて、少年の健全な育成を妨げ、関係人の名誉若しくは生活の平穏を害し、又は調査若しくは審判に支障を生じさせる行為をしてはならない。例文帳に追加
