英和和英

語源

1520s from bumble +‎ bee, replacing 中期英語 humbul-be. Merged with 中期英語 bombeln (“to boom, buzz”), in the late 14th century. The name of the drink is a semantic loan from Ukrainian джміль (džmilʹ).
