Article 68 (1) With regard to an Insured Person Requiring Long-Term Care, etc., that is a Secondary Insured Person that can receive an insurance benefit, in a case when said Insured Person Requiring Long-Term Care, etc., has an obligatory insurance premium pursuant to the provisions of the Medical Insurance Acts (including national health insurance tax pursuant to the provisions of the Local Tax Act (Act No. 226 of 1950)) or when there is a remaining premium installments that was not paid by the deadline for payment (herein referred to as "Unpaid Medical Insurance Premium, etc." in this paragraph and the following paragraph), except for a case said Unpaid Medical Insurance Premium, etc., is due to a disaster or other special circumstance as determined by a Cabinet Order, a Municipality, pursuant to the provisions of an Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare, may request said Insured Person Requiring Long-Term Care, etc., to submit the Certificate of Insured Person and to enter on said Certificate of Insured Person that the provisions of Article 41, paragraph (6), Article 42-2, paragraph (6), Article 46, paragraph (4), Article 48, paragraph (4), Article 51-2, paragraph (4), Article 53, paragraph (4), Article 54-2, paragraph (6), Article 58, paragraph (4), and Article 61-2, paragraph (4) shall not apply and that the whole or a part of the payment of an insurance benefit shall be suspended (herein referred to as "Entry of Suspension of Insurance Benefit" in this Article).発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
