２　貨物輸送事業者は、貨物輸送区分ごとに前年度の末日における前項の政令で定める輸送能力が同項の政令で定める基準以上であるときは、国土交通省令で定めるところにより、その輸送能力に関し、当該貨物輸送区分ごとに、国土交通省令で定める事項を国土交通大臣に届け出なければならない。ただし、同項の規定により指定された貨物輸送事業者（以下「特定貨物輸送事業者」という。）の当該指定に係る貨物輸送区分については、この限りでない。例文帳に追加
