(1) Where an application has been made to the Commissioner for the grant of a patent, and it appears to the Commissioner that the invention which is the subject-matter of the application relates to the production or use of energy derived from the atomic nucleus or research into matters connected therewith he shall serve a notice in writing on the Minister of Defence to that effect, and may, notwithstanding anything in this Act or any other Act, omit or delay the doing of anything which he would otherwise be required to do in relation to the application, and give directions for prohibiting or restricting the publication of information with respect to the subject-matter of the application or the communication of that information to particular persons or classes of persons; and any person who contravenes any such direction commits an offence against this section.例文帳に追加

(1) 局長に特許出願がされる場合において，その出願の対象である発明が原子核から発生するエネルギーの生産若しくは使用又はこれに関連する事項の研究に係わると局長が認めるときは，局長は，書面でその旨の通知を国防大臣に送達しなければならず，また，本法その他の法律の規定に拘らず，本項の規定がなければ当該出願について実行しなければならない筈の何れの事項も実行することを省き又は延期することができ，更に，当該出願の対象に関する情報の公表又は特定の者若しくは特定部類に属する者に対するその情報の伝達を禁止し若しくは制限するために，指示を発することができるものとし，この指示に違反する者は，本条に違反する犯則者とする。 - 特許庁
