民間企業の研究機関等、「○○研究所」との名称を有している機関であっても、単に製品開発を目的としているものについては、学術研究を主たる目的として活動しているものとはいえないことから、本法の「学術研究を目的とする機関又は団体」には該当しない。例文帳に追加
