Article 203 (1) When an order of confirmation of the rehabilitation plan that specifies special clauses on home loan becomes final and binding, the provision of Article 177(2) shall not apply to any mortgage prescribed in Article 196(iii) that is established on the residence and the site of the residence and any right held by a person who is subject to a modification of rights by the special clauses on home loan against the rehabilitation debtor's guarantee or any other person who owes debts jointly with the rehabilitation debtor.
