PCT第33条の訳文においても、「自明」の用語が使われているが、この場合の「自明」は米国特許法でも用いられる「obviousness」を訳したものであり、我が国の「容易」に相当するものである(同条(1)に「進歩性を有するもの(自明のものではないもの)」と記載されていることからも明らか)。例文帳に追加
