２　前項の場合において、原子力事業者は、同項の規定による措置の概要について、原子力事業者防災業務計画の定めるところにより、主務大臣、所在都道府県知事、所在市町村長及び関係隣接都道府県知事（事業所外運搬に係る事象の発生の場合にあっては、主務大臣並びに当該事象が発生した場所を管轄する都道府県知事及び市町村長）に報告しなければならない。この場合において、所在都道府県知事及び関係隣接都道府県知事は、関係周辺市町村長に当該報告の内容を通知するものとする。例文帳に追加
