第二条　この法律において「保険会社等」とは、保険業法（平成七年法律第百五号）第三条第五項の損害保険業免許若しくは同法第百八十五条第五項の外国損害保険業免許を受けた者若しくは同法第二百十九条第五項の免許を受けた者の社員（第九条の二において「保険会社」という。）又は他の法律に基づき火災に係る共済事業を行う法人で財務大臣の指定するものをいう。例文帳に追加
