外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱いに関する特別措置法（昭和六十一年法律第六十六号）第二条第二号、第九条第一項及び第二項、第十七条第二項並びに第六十二条の規定に基づき、外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱いに関する特別措置法施行規則を次のように定める。例文帳に追加

十一　税理士法、弁護士法若しくは外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱いに関する特別措置法又は弁理士法により業務の禁止又は除名の処分を受けた者。ただし、これらの法律により再び業務を営むことができるようになつた者を除く。例文帳に追加

第一条　外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱いに関する特別措置法（以下「法」という。）第二条第二号の法務省令で定める連邦国家は別表上欄記載のとおり、同欄記載の連邦国家の構成単位で法務省令で定めるものは同表下欄記載のとおりとする。例文帳に追加

七　弁護士法（昭和二十四年法律第二百五号）若しくは外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱いに関する特別措置法（昭和六十一年法律第六十六号）、公認会計士法（昭和二十三年法律第百三号）又は税理士法（昭和二十六年法律第二百三十七号）の規定による懲戒処分により、弁護士会からの除名、公認会計士の登録の抹消又は税理士の業務の禁止の処分を受けた者でこれらの処分の日から三年を経過しないもの例文帳に追加
