Article 58-2 A person who is a foreign lawyer (excluding a person who is a registered foreign lawyer) and is engaged in legal services on the basis of the qualification to become the foreign lawyer in a foreign state (excluding a person who is employed and is providing services in Japan, based on his/her knowledge concerning foreign laws) may, notwithstanding the provision of Article 72 of the Attorney Act, represent in the procedures for an international arbitration case which he/she was requested to undertake or undertook in such foreign state, provided, however, that this shall not apply in the case where he/she is suspended from practicing by an disciplinary action under any act or regulation, etc. of a foreign state which corresponds to a disciplinary action prescribed in item (ii) of Article 52 of this Act or item (ii) of Article 57 of the Attorney Act.発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
