７　特殊関係株主等である居住者に係る外国関係法人が第四十条の四第二項第一号に規定する外国関係会社に該当し、かつ、当該特殊関係株主等である居住者が同条第一項各号に掲げる居住者に該当する場合には、第一項の規定は、適用しない。例文帳に追加
