Larry G. Miller, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is an American sports executive. He is currently president of the Portland Trail Blazers National Basketball Association franchise, being hired for the position on June 20, 2007. Miller replaced interim president Tod Leiweke in the role.

Miller held a variety of executive positions at Nike, Inc, most recently Vice President and General Manager, Basketball, and prior to that President of the Jordan Brand. Prior to joining Nike in 1997, Miller served in an executive role for Jantzen. He holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Temple University, and an MBA from La Salle University.

Of note, in the summer of 2009 Miller was responsible for signing former All-Star Brandon Roy to an $82 million maximum contract extension despite being fully briefed on the fact that he had no meniscus in either knee. The contract was uninsurable due to the preexisting and chronic nature of the knee problems, and contains no buy out or early termination clauses for the Trail Blazers. The contract guarantees Roy $14.9 million for the 2011/12 season and $16.3 million for the 2012/13 season, and includes a player option for the 2013/14 season worth $17.8 million. During these years, Roy is set to be the team's highest paid player and will account for over 20% of the team's annual total payroll. During Roy's NBA career he has never played an entire season without missing time due to an injury. Within two years of signing the multi-year contract, the Trail Blazers are condisdering retirement for Roy or potential amnesty under the league's collective bargaining agreement, but both options would require the Trail Blazers to pay to Roy the entire balance of his contract.

Under Miller's management, the Trail Blazers have transitioned from having the fourth lowest average ticket price in the NBA during the 2007/08 season to the sixth highest in 2010/11. Despite this, and partially a result of the Brandon Roy contract, the Trail Blazers have lost money during each of Miller's seasons with the team and the Trail Blazers expect to continue to lose money during the foreseeable future.
