pluplural (plural pluplurals)

In plural quantification and mereology, pluplural logic allows reference to multiple collections simultaneously without ontological commitment to sets. For example, while a plural variable ("the Beatles") refers to a collection of individuals, a pluplural variable ("the Beatles and the Rolling Stones") refers to a collection of those plural collections. Informally, pluplural sets refer to a set of sets.
