３　協会又は第一項の規定による登録を受けた法人は、前項の申請があつたときは、総務省令で定めるところにより、前条第二項に規定する技術上の規格に基づき、当該申請に係る検定対象機械器具等についての試験を行い、その試験結果に意見を付してこれを前項の申請をした者に通知しなければならない。例文帳に追加
