(1) 有効な特許権者は，特許に追加特許を出願することにより当該特許の主題である発明を改善し又は更に発展させる発明を保護することができる。ただし，当該追加特許は原特許の主題と組合せ，単一の発明単位とすることを条件とする。例文帳に追加
