２　事業主は、その雇用する労働者のうち、その要介護状態にある対象家族を介護する労働者に関して、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、労働者の申出に基づく連続する九十三日の期間（当該労働者の雇入れの日から当該連続する期間の初日の前日までの期間における介護休業等日数が一以上である場合にあっては、九十三日から当該介護休業等日数を差し引いた日数の期間とし、当該労働者が当該対象家族の当該要介護状態について介護休業をしたことがある場合にあっては、当該連続する期間は、当該対象家族の当該要介護状態について開始された最初の介護休業に係る介護休業開始予定日とされた日から起算した連続する期間のうち当該労働者が介護休業をしない期間とする。）以上の期間における勤務時間の短縮その他の当該労働者が就業しつつその要介護状態にある対象家族を介護することを容易にするための措置を講じなければならない。例文帳に追加
