Article 39 With regard to the application of the provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act (Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare No. 23 of 1947), under the provisions of Article 44 of the Act, to Dispatch Work of a worker under dispatching prescribed paragraph (1) of the same Article (hereinafter simply referred to as a "Worker Under Dispatching"), the term "the provisions of Article 33 of the Act or paragraph (1) of Article 36 of the Act" in Article 19 of the same Ordinance shall be deemed to be replaced with "the provisions of Article 33 of the Act or paragraph (1) of Article 36 of the Act which are applied pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article 44 of the Act for Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Undertakings and Improved Working Conditions for Dispatched Workers (hereinafter referred to as the "Worker Dispatching Act")" ; the term "the provisions of Article 33 of the Act or paragraph (1) of Article 36 of the Act" in Article 20 of the same Ordinance shall be deemed to be replaced with "the provisions of Article 33 of the Act or paragraph (1) of Article 36 of the Act which are applied pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article 44 of the Worker Dispatching Act" ; and the term "An Employer" in Article 24 of the same Ordinance shall be deemed to be replaced with "a person who is, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article 44 of the Worker Dispatching Act, deemed to be an employer prescribed in Article 10 of the Act of a Client Undertaking prescribed in paragraph (1) of Article 44 of the Worker Dispatching Act".発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
