２　内閣総理大臣は、前項に定めるもののほか、適格消費者団体が第十三条第五項第三号から第六号までのいずれかに該当するに至ったと認めるとき、適格消費者団体又はその役員、職員若しくは専門委員が差止請求関係業務の遂行に関しこの法律の規定に違反したと認めるとき、その他適格消費者団体の業務の適正な運営を確保するため必要があると認めるときは、当該適格消費者団体に対し、人的体制の改善、違反の停止、業務規程の変更その他の業務の運営の改善に必要な措置をとるべきことを命ずることができる。例文帳に追加

(2) If the Prime Minister finds that a qualified consumer organization falls under any of the items (iii) - (vi) of para. (3) of Article 13, that a qualified consumer organization, its officers, employees or Expert Advisors violated the provisions of this Act in performing services involved in demand of an injunction, or that it is necessary in order to ensure the proper operation of services by a qualified consumer organization, the Prime Minister may order the qualified consumer organization to improve its personnel system, cease violation, modify operating rules or take other measures necessary for the improvement of its operations.発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
