実用新案登録出願人は，実用新案登録の付与又は拒絶の前のいつでも，所定の手数料を納付することにより，実用新案登録出願を特許出願に変更することができ，当該変更を経た特許出願には，当初の実用新案出願の出願日が与えられる。例文帳に追加
