３　第一項の規定により留置されている少年院仮退院者について、第七十一条の規定による申請があったときは、前項の規定にかかわらず、当該申請に係る家庭裁判所からの決定の通知があるまでの間又は少年法第十七条第一項第二号の観護の措置がとられるまでの間、継続して留置することができる。ただし、留置の期間は、通じて二十日を超えることができない。例文帳に追加
