Article 58 (1) In the case where the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Minister permissions a specified fishery or approves business commencement of the designated fishery, he/she shall decide and publicly notify, for said designated fishery in advance, the numbers of boats to be permissioned or to be approved on business commencement by gross tonnage or the numbers of boats by gross tonnage and by fishing area or by fishing period (the numbers of mother ships by gross tonnage or the numbers of mother ships by gross tonnage and by fishing area or by fishing period, and the numbers of boats by type of the self-navigating boats belonging to the same fleet as each mother ship and by gross tonnage, in the case of the mother ship type fishery) and the periods during which the application for a permission or an approval of business commencement should be filed, considering the number of the persons who operate said specified fishery, managements and other circumstances, to such an extent that the protection of reproduction of aquatic animals and plants, fisheries adjustment and other public interest will not be impaired, excluding the cases pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1), Article 55 and Article 59.発音を聞く 例文帳に追加
