４　核原料物質、核燃料物質及び原子炉の規制に関する法律（昭和三十二年法律第百六十六号）第五十九条第二項の規定による主務大臣の確認（同法第六十一条の二十六の規定による独立行政法人原子力安全基盤機構の確認を含む。）又は危険物船舶運送及び貯蔵規則第八十七条第一項の規定による国土交通大臣若しくは地方運輸局長の確認を受けた場合は、告示で定めるところにより第二項第二号ハ、ニ又はヘ（放射性輸送物に関する技術上の基準に係るものに限る。）の確認を受けたものとみなす。例文帳に追加
