Article 12 (1) In the event the volume of Oil Gas held by the Oil Gas Importer (means the volume of Oil Gas held by the Oil Gas Importer in compliance with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as provided in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article.
