２　この法律の施行の際現に第六条の規定による改正前の電気用品安全法（以下「旧電気用品安全法」という。）第九条第一項の認定又は承認を受けている者は、新電気用品安全法第九条第一項の登録を受けているものとみなす。この場合において、当該登録の有効期間は、旧電気用品安全法第九条第一項の認定又は承認の有効期間の残存期間とする。例文帳に追加
